What it does

`storage`	Saves your settings and data in the browser's own storage, on this device.
`contextMenus`	Adds an entry to the right-click menu.
`tts`	Required for the extension to do its job.
`<all_urls>`	Every site — because it has to work on whatever page you're on.

It runs only the code shipped inside the package — no remote code is fetched.
